We celebrated the debut ball of Frances Joy Domantay at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel in Buena Park last March 8. Her family spent time and talent to get beautiful decorations and desserts made. Roro’s cupcakes owned by her sister Rochelle and her mom Rose sponsored the sweet treats for their sister and daughter. The whole Let’s Make A Memory team was there to witness and capture the event.
